Scarlet is a Registered Social Worker with over 15 years of clinical work experience. She completed both her Master of Social Work and Bachelor of Social Work at the University of Calgary and has trained with world renowned experts including Regena Thomashauer from the School of Womanly Arts, Gabor Mate, and Eckart Tolle.
Prior to setting up her private practice, Scarlet worked within non-profits and government organizations serving vulnerable populations including people impacted by violence, substance misuse, severe trauma, and mental illness.
